The project involved preparing the property’s expansive grounds through soil decompaction, precision contour grading and nutrient conditioning before applying a customised hydroseeding mixture.

The work was designed to establish consistent grass coverage across the property, creating a high-quality lawn that complements its rural surroundings.

The site challenge

Establishing a uniform lawn across a large lifestyle property required careful attention to soil conditions and surface preparation.

Compacted ground needed to be loosened to support root development, while contour grading helped create an even surface with appropriate drainage.

The soil profile also required tailored nutrient conditioning to provide suitable growing conditions across the extensive lawn area.

What Vista completed

Prepared a customised hydroseeding slurry containing premium grass seed, organic tackifiers, slow-release starter fertiliser and wood-fibre mulch.
